ACC Registered Provider
PhysioX is an ACC registered physiotherapy provider. If you have sustained an injury covered by ACC, your physiotherapy appointments are subsidised to $55 per session. You can lodge your ACC claim at your first appointment — no GP visit required. ACC does not cover shockwave therapy.

Pricing FAQs
How do I know if my injury is covered by ACC?+
ACC covers injuries caused by an accident — including sports injuries, slips, falls, and workplace injuries. If you're unsure, bring any relevant information to your first appointment and our team can help determine your eligibility.
Do I need to pay upfront?+
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit card.
Is there a cancellation fee?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Can I claim physiotherapy through my health insurance?+
Many health insurance policies cover physiotherapy. Check with your insurer. We can provide a receipt for you to submit a claim.
